Strategic plan

The plan has been developed following a consultation event held in January and a number of meetings with commissioners, providers and service users, with the aim of developing a range of services which meet the needs of the client.

New project ideas in the strategic plan, include a Carers Project, aimed at those who care for people with mental health problems, a Youth Mental Health Service, Befriending and Advocacy Services as well as some changes to help the existing services, such as Supported Accommodation to evolve to meet the needs of our clients.
